1. WARRANTY COVERAGE & DURATION
Unless stated otherwise on the specific product page, Wyoming Space provides a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:
Structural failures or breakage of frames (sofas, beds, tables, chairs).
Severe defects in hardware, joints, or mechanisms (e.g., drawer slides, reclining parts).
Premature degradation of foam or cushioning materials under normal household use.
2. WHAT IS NOT COVERED (EXCLUSIONS)
Our warranty is designed to protect you against defects, but it does not cover damages resulting from standard use, accidents, or improper care. The warranty does not apply to:
Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual fading of fabrics, minor pilling, softening of cushions, or natural wood grain variations over time.
Improper Assembly or Misuse: Damage caused during incorrect home assembly, overloading weight capacities, or using the furniture outdoors (unless labeled for outdoor use).
Accidental Damage: Spills, burns, pet scratches, stains, or cuts caused by sharp objects.
Commercial Use: Furniture used in non-residential settings (such as offices, rentals, or commercial spaces) unless specified.
3. HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM
If you encounter a manufacturing defect with your furniture, please initiate a claim through our customer service channel. To process your claim efficiently, we require:
Proof of Purchase: Your original order number from Wyoming Space.
Clear Evidence: High-quality photographs and/or a short video showing the specific defect or structural issue.
Description: A brief explanation of how and when the issue occurred.

4. RESOLUTION & SOLUTIONS
Once our team and our supplier logistics network (AppScenic) review and approve your warranty claim, Wyoming Space will, at its discretion, provide one of the following remedies:
Send necessary replacement parts or hardware to fix the issue.
Dispatch a full replacement item at no additional cost to you.
Issue a store credit or a partial refund if a direct replacement is no longer available in stock.
